One of the main differences is that our vetted, trained, insured, and experienced cleaners can deep clean the property to a very high standard, effectively and efficiently, following a comprehensive end of tenancy cleaning checklist. As standard, we also provide a signed, completed checklist, invoice, and VAT receipt to show that you have hired a professional end of lease cleaning service.
A: No, you don't need to be at the property, we just need to arrange for the cleaners to get into the property or get the keys for the property. Usually, it is best that you are available at the end of clean to sign off the clean, if not we take photographs and leave a signed checklist of the clean at the property anyways. Keys can then be posted back through the door or collection arranged.
A: Our end of lease cleaning service is designed to bring the property back up to an acceptable standard to hand over to the landlord, estate agents, or next tenants. It's not designed to provide a perfect, nearly new finish.
